Is anyone else having issues with trying to list from duplicates? I sell variations of a lot of the same items, so I just copy or duplicate a listing and update with new info. I cannot do this anymore; I get an error message. I've contacted support but no help as of yet.
I always list that way using my desktop.
That is the only way I list. Must be an issue specific to you. Have you tried the typical fixes...clear cache, remove cookies, restart computer...

(Just trying to think of something). If you go to "Listings", can you then select one and Copy it *(don't make any edits at this point, just Publish the listing). Then once it is Published, quickly Deactivate it and make your edits. Then Reactivate your listing. *(I did this to create a new listing). Hope it works for you.

@TheSweetBasilShoppe I really think that's it. I remember some people saying the same as you. But the thing was, they were trying to make their edits first. Don't even bother with that. Just Copy > Publish > Deactivate > Make Edits > Publish.

I always use copy. Always works. If your listings are old and don't have correct core details that may be why. It may be better to simply do a new listing that has the correct core details than trying to update an old listing.
