I have seen this question asked in old threads but cannot find a solution.
I cannot connect to my Facebook page. It says that I don't seem to have one, which is incorrect. I have been on Meta Business Suite all day long trying to connect everything (as I used to be just fine), and cannot fix it. I have verified my domain but can't see to connect a catalog to IG. I think it has to do with not being able to connect using the link in settings.
Any help? I'm going round and round in these menus here and on FB.

I am new to ETSY and slowly building my shop. I have FB and created a FB Page and am getting same error... any news/updates on resolution?
I also cannot connect to FB using my front shop icon. When I try, a pop-up comes up with: "App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated." This also applies when I try to log onto Etsy using the Facebook logon option.
This never happened before. I use my FB business page all the time. What's causing this, and how can this be solved?
Having the same problem and I have just connected with Facebook in the past and forgot my password, need to get new password and that won't work at all via email and no response from Etsy support, this one seems like a no brainer to fix just send me the link, there goes my star seller badge. Can't access shipping to send out a purchase!!
Has anyone figured this out yet?
Any luck on this? I am having the same issue.
