Can’t find my Etsy store in search

Hi

I have two Etsy stores and I changed the name of my 2nd shop. I can’t find the shop name in the Etsy search or on Google. if I search the item I can find it but if I type in the shop name there are no results.  My 2nd shop is called ChimpyandChompy.

Would someone kindly be able to help me.

If you're referring to the 2nd shop, it would help if you tell us the name.  The shop you're posting from doesn't have any link or info about the other shop as required or else we could have done a search.

I see you edited and added the shop name.

Just searched for ChimpyandChompy on Etsy and it is indexed.

I searched for your shop you're posting from and if you click on "find shop names containing mybowandco" a link to your shop comes up.

It's a rule on Etsy that you need to disclose all the shops you have in the public profile section of each shop and I don't see a 2nd shop mentioned in this one.

ETA I see you put your other shop name and it came up for me to "find shop names containing ChimpyandChompy", a link came up to click that shop.

I'm not sure if the 2nd shop has to be mentioned anymore. I thought it did but couldn't find this in the policies anymore. Maybe you know where it is? It isn't in help or legal that I could find.

@AntonellaDesignz: How long ago did you make the change? Google certainly will not be immediate for Etsy shops and listings (and may very well take a long time unless you have an external site that Google regularly checks and you have links to your shop) and ChimpyandChompy is showing up in the find by shop name on Etsy.

@AntonellaDesignz I put ChimpyandChompy into my Etsy Search Bar and your Shop opened for me.

You have to make sure you have no spaces between the words, but capitalization does not matter
