@BonheursdavrilFR: Have you checked the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to see which messages Etsy is counting? Only the FIRST message of a NEW thread during the three month period is counted and a message is not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has passed.

Hello @BonheursdavrilFR,

Your response rate shows the percentage of initial messages that you reply to within 24 hours in your current 3-month evaluation period—just the first message initiated by your buyer, not ongoing conversations. Your response rate is refreshed daily. This includes when another Seller reaches out to you. Any initial message counts towards your response rate.

Your response rate does not include messages marked as spam. Marking a message unread doesn’t count that message as “new” again (and doesn’t restart the clock). More information can be found in this Help Article.
