Can't create a listing

Can't create a listing on Etsy.com.  Can't proceed from the first section where you check either physical or digital listing.  When I click "continue" nothing happens.  Next section won't load and I can't scroll up or down.  Anyone else having this issue?

Use the duplicate feature from another item, then edit the new listing. Always use a browser and not the app.

Same here been trying to list today (Jan 26) but it won't let me fill out Core Details there is nothing to fill out after Physical Items and core details. I can do everything but.,  and I get the following message

Please fix the following error in order to save your changes Core Details.

Fill in all the core details.  You can no longer bypass them.  

If you tried earlier and had same issue, clean out cache and cookies.
