Hello.
I received an email from an etsy member saying that they had sent me a message,
but it is not showing up in my inbox on the etsy site.
Do I need to update my computer,
or is there a problem with the etsy system?
This is leading to lost opportunities, so if anyone knows how to solve this, I would appreciate it.

"I received an email from an etsy member" -- Make sure it is not a scam. Don't click on any links, don't scan QR codes, don't give any information. One of your items is not protected on Etsy ($500), so please be super cautious.
There's a good chance that the message was a scam and Etsy caught and deleted it before you were able to read it.
Have you checked your Spam filter on Etsy?
