Can't change paypal address, no security code

Thanks for trying to help me, it's much appreciated. 2 days I communicate with technical support, unfortunately no one could solve my problem.

To change the PayPal address, you need to enter the code that comes to the email. Unfortunately, the codes never come, the rest of the letters from Etsy do. I talked to 4 people from those support, my problem was not solved. I know they wanted to help, but failed...

But here's what I want to say. I have been a seller on Etsy for almost 10 years, my country is at war, I have several employees, I rent a workshop. Unfortunately, PayPal is the only way for me to receive money on Etsy since I am based in Ukraine. And now for several days I can't change my PayPal address to continue receiving money, and Etsy does not receive a percentage of my sales. I had daily sales. I get emails from Etsy asking me to rate how they helped me with my problem. I appreciate your efforts, but unfortunately they did not help me, my question remains unresolved. And what should I do, where should I go? I have hundreds of products, a reputation as a star seller, there is already panic in my workshop, the workers do not know what to do because we cannot sell. And that means they won't have a job. I just don't know what to do anymore.

Have any of you encountered a similar problem and how did you solve it? I need help and advice.

We are just other sellers here so I don't know how we can help you if Etsy Technical support is unable to. I am sorry you are having this issue especially at such a difficult time for your country. You must have so many other worries and this PayPal issue should not be happening. I suppose all I can suggest is that you keep replying to the emails from Etsy support until they get it fixed. Don't start new help requests - keep replying to the original email. Best wishes and I hope you get a resolution soon.

ETA: the majority of us use Etsy Payments so we don't have the PayPal only option anymore. We were all forced to change. Perhaps someone in a PayPal only country will be able to help you. I assume you have checked your SPAM/junk mail folders in your email app?

You need to contact PayPal directly.

Why do you need to change your Paypal address?  Can't you use the old one anymore?   You can transfer money from Paypal to other accounts so if you receive the money in your old account but want it in your new one then you can transfer it.
