Anyone else experiencing this newest annoyance? Whenever I click on an order (completed or not), the webpage (on my computer) goes right back to the top of the page instead of staying right where I left my cursor. This is a new issue, and it's causing me SO MUCH time and aggravation. I shipped 20+ orders yesterday, for example. After I ship, I go back and send each buyer an informative message. My page used to stay still as I did this task, and yesterday it began going back to the top of page after each and every one. SOoooo time-consuming and needless. Why do they fix things that aren't broken, only to break them? At my wit's end.............
There are a number of threads on this issue in this forum and there does not appear to be any resolution yet. You might want to check some of the other threads for possible mitigations.
Thanks so much! I looked, but didn't know what to search for, exactly. I always check before starting a new topic. I'll go look again. I'm glad I'm not the lone ranger here. This is just incredibly time-consuming and I hope it gets fixed... uggghh. Thanks again for your response!
Ugh - I hate this! I have to check order notes several times on all orders. This is a ridiculous and useless tweak they've made. I tried searching, as well - this was the only thing I found...
I have chatted with Etsy Support today and was told the issue has been escalated as "urgent" --- they're supposed to email. Just crossing my fingers.
@BlackMarketChicago Please do update us if you get any real information.
Please contact Etsy through chat and report the issue. We can only get this fixed if enough of us are affected, apparently:

I have referenced the two Etsy forum threads here when I chatted with them last. I hope this helps. This issue MUST get fixed. It's wrecking my life -- making communication and shipping sooooooooooooooo much more time-consuming :((((
The issue has been resolved -- on my end. Et vous???
Oooh yes, so far it seems to be holding it's place. Hopefully they ACTUALLY fixed it.
Yes looks like its fixed here, hope it stays that way!
