Can't change information text under Additional Policies and FAQ.

I have some text there and it says 3-5 working days to complete the order, but I need this to be 5-7.   No matter where I click I cannot access this.

etsy stopped us being able to change them last year, when they introduced the new policies

Yes, you can edit your FAQs in edit shop mode. Scroll down to FAQs and click the pencil.

They are talking about the old polices, they still have their 

Additional policies and FAQs

The only way I found to edit my old custom policies was to do it using the old Sell on Etsy app. I think some parts actually got deleted but I suppose that's better than being completely wrong. You could then add your processing times to the FAQ section which is still editable using the browser version.
