How do I know if my Etsy Design Award submission went through?

I just submitted (nothing like the last minute!) a listing for the Etsy Design Awards and when I clicked on Next I got the blank submission form. I filled it out and submitted again with the same result. I received no emails that I had submitted, or any other feedback. How does one know if the submission was received?

Screen displays a confirmation message and you get a confirmation email.

OK, then I wonder if the glitch is on my end or theirs.

Honestly, I think that Etsy picks the contenders well before the "contest" even begins.  The entry forms and blurb are just bones tossed in an effort to keep sellers engaged and invested in being here.  Etsy can't even being to human-reply to sellers having actual selling emergencies, do you really think that they are going to devote resources to clicking on and evaluating all of the seller submissions to the Design Awards?
