Can't add Hermes tracking number

Hallo,

I'm currently in Austria and I prefer to use Hermes as it's the cheapest and most convenient option for shipping within Europe for me.

However, when I enter the tracking number and select 'other' for the provider, then click on "add tracking," I encounter an issue. When I try to access the tracking information by clicking on it, it simply redirects me to the Evri front page. Even if I copy and paste the tracking number into Evri search, it doesn't work. In the small Etsy tracking window, it remains stuck at "pre-transit." I've attempted changing the provider from "myhermes" to "hermes" or "myhermes.at," but that doesn't resolve the problem. In another forum, I read that Parcels2Go might be helpful, but it doesn't seem to work in Austria.

I've already reached out to customer support, but their response seemed to be along the lines of a "sorry, not sorry."

But what should I do if they don't have hermes in their carrier list?: (

I just found a solution. I edited one of the recently shipped orders and chose Austrian Post. I checked their website and confirmed that I can track my Hermes shipment through them, and it worked! Yay!
