Can't access new created store

Jump to solution

Just signed up for my first store, can't access it however. It says "a stitch has gone awry, please try again later". I submitted a ticket and cleared my cookies and cache, but issue still persist. Not sure what to do here.

Has anyone else had this? If so how is it fixed?

Thanks

Weird, so I can access my shop from my shop manager, but only if I click on image of the pencil, "edit". If I click on something else I get stitch is awry.

Edit

Well looks like it's working now. Thanks guys for checking.

After clicking on your shop name, I also get the 'stitch has gone awry page'.  I checked several other shops where the sellers posted in the forum and their shops appeared.  Looking for your shop in a regular Etsy search showed no results.

Are you sure your shop wasn't suspended soon after opening?  Did you have any shop prior to this one that was closed by Etsy for some reason?

I just clicked on your shop name and your shop is up and open. However, there are no items currently listed. I got no "stitches gone awry" message, so whatever happened seems to have been now fixed.

Very strange.  I tried on two different browsers and both times got the 'stitch' page.

I see a shop with "No items listed at this time".   You will not be able to find your store in search until you post your first product.

@EastCoastVikings   Etsy asks that we not use old threads.  Also this thread is about something else.

Did you enter your Payoneer information?  Etsy may not be able to verify.  Is this ID?

Contact Etsy using Contact us under help.  Send them an email and when you get the generic reply back, send that back with a request for more help.
