Error code when listing

When listing a new item on my PC, I get an error code & to contact Etsy support which doesn't really do anything helpful, they suggest I make a draft which I cannot do because I get another error message, any suggestions? It doesn't happen all the time but enough to make it frustrating! I am able to do the listing on the app.

A lot of sellers have the same problem (I do too). I have not been able to post or modify anything in my shop for about 5-6 months. And I agree, Etsy support doesn't do anything to help. If you have a look at the forum, you'll see a few post like this one, complaining about the same issue.
