Please help! I can’t access my processing orders. I’ve tried two different browsers. I have one order that Hass to ship today and I can’t access my progress orders please help I don’t know what to do I don’t know who to contact I can’t find a phone number please help!!!!!!
Appears to be a glitch happening. I can't access completed orders. I'm okay with that.
Are you trying to get into Etsy labels? Perhaps try the order email to see if you can get in that way.
She says the orders are "processing" not completed.
You can't access processing orders. They are still processing. There's no reason to contact anybody. You just have to wait until the orders finish processing and the money is in your Shop Payment Account.
It's a glitch. We can't see our orders. There's a another thread with other sellers reporting the same issue.
OP, if you use Pirate Ship I wonder if you can get the shipping label there.
I can access my open order but not my completed orders.
Just tried I cannot get completed orders either! Definitely system issue sure it will be fixed soon. I just checked and they are visible on my iphone
I'm having the same issue, and have 4 orders I need to be working on right now so they can ship out tomorrow!
I contacted support (through chat) and send screen shots. I'm not sure what happened but I ask if there was someone I could call and the representative ended our chat, it was very strange

Same over here. I have 3 labels to print, but can't seem to get to my Completed Orders tab.....hopefully it gets fixed soon....one HAS to go out today!
Hey everyone! I'm having the same issue. The search function in orders still works for me so if you have your emails with order numbers or the customers name (I always save mine because of this) you can search and access the order from there. Hope they get it fixed soon!
You can get to your shipping labels through the order email.

Same here - I was just asked by a customer to check on the tracking for a completed order but I can't access that page. I'm using Chrome on a desktop (Mac mini).
Pirate Ship seems to still have the order/label information, for those who just need to buy postage today.

I am having the same issue and need to ship today as well
You can click "download label" to be brought to the completed section too, but it gets stuck there after lol
oops i mean in your email receipt you can click "download label"
I have the same issue and did speak with support and they are looking into this.

My completed orders are back (for now). It hangs a little on refresh.
