My shop was put on "vacation mode" for some vague reason about needing to ship orders.
I got caught up on shipping, and now I'm not able to get out of vacation mode.
I opened a Support Request and Etsy closed it saying "After careful review, we've restored your account status." Sounds like my account should be back, right? It's not. Further opened support requests are auto-closed. HOW am I supposed to resolve this?

It can take 24 hours for a shop to be opened after closed by Etsy.
Take the email that you got and return that with the wording in clear but polite words that your shop is not open.
Opening tickets doesn't work because the subsequent replies are based on the one that says your shop is open.
Things are glitchy on Etsy right now with some sellers not being able to access open or completed orders so it may just be a case of riding the wave out. I'd follow up with support again just so you got in line since we're coming up on a three day holiday in the US.

Sounds like a short delay. Reply to the email in a short sentence if you can. Be sure to reply exactly in the area where it says to reply.
Does your time frame to ship orders need to be adjusted? In the future, you can place your shop on vacation mode until you get caught up and to avoid Etsy having to do it for you. Good luck. Hope your shop opens soon!
