Anyone else having issues accessing their listing drafts? I’ve tried in desktop (and in various browsers), and in mobile, have uninstalled/reinstalled app, logged out, etc.
I’ve reached out to Etsy support multiple times over the past 2 weeks and still no resolution.
Wondering if anyone else is having this issue, and if so, has anyone figured out a fix??

Does the situation occur every time you access the draft listings?
Yes, i have not been able to access drafts in both desktop and mobile for over a month!
I have no problem here accessing draft listings. When you contact CS, do you keep opening a new ticket? If so, don't, you should send only one, as sending more keeps pushing you down the line. If you want to send them more information, reply to the first only.
Yes I’ve had one ticket/conversation going with support for the past 2 weeks, but the responses are very slow, and so far have just offered generic trouble shooting like logging out, updating app, etc.
When you make a new listing, copy an existing list and edit it, and you can access the draft listing.
I've not had any issues accessing drafts.
