Can't Feature New Work!

Again!!!

It's been 10 minutes and my new work isn't even in the que to be featured so I can put it up top!

I make 90% of my sales within 10 minutes of posting because I have a bunch of customers who come to my shop to see my new work daily and now I can't get my new work on top!

This has been going on for a solid YEAR!

Please FIX it or let me know you can't and I'll move on..... I can't continue to be associated and pay incompetents!

I think they mean featured on the top of thier shop...

are you talking about the featured listings at the top of your shop?

Or seeing your items at the top in search?

It isn't very clear.

And either way Etsy loves the word churn and they believe for every shop that leaves, at least one other will open to replace you.

I have been having a bit of an issue with this as well. For some reason when I add things to the featured section at the top of my shop it always reverts back to the ones that were there prior. I've largely given up on using this featured and have attempted to just delete all of the "featured listings". I also don't have a whole lot of luck with the custom sort feature either. 

But maybe you may have some luck with custom sorting your items thru shop edit? Or even selecting for the items to show up in order of what was recently listed? This way hopefully your customers will see the most recently listed items first.

you can turn off the featured listings.

change your listings views from.

custom to most recent.

your customers will see the new items first.

PLUS 

you can create a section on the left side.

name it:

New Items Sept 19th.

and change the date when you add new items.

sometimes it takes etsy a while to add the new items to your shop.

so if you are trying to feature them right away.

it might not work.

my featured listings always work when i change them.

but it takes a bit for them to appear.
