Review not reflecting on Star Seller Dashboard

Hi All,

I have received a rating from a client but it doesn’t show on my star seller dashboard. How long might this take?

Also, once you receive a star seller batch, how do you maintain it? Is it a one time thing to become eligible?

Hopefully someone will respond with details on how to find out what is allowed to be sold on Etsy re: medical claims.  At this point, SS Badge is not as important as that information.
