Can not put shop in vacation mode

No matter how many times I slide the vacation mode button to on, it will not stick in the on position. I tried changing my announcement before and after, doesnt matter.  This is driving me crazy. 

Does the option to change to vacation not work on an android phone?

Don’t forget to click SAVE, if it’s still there. The first time I tried I had the same problem and the more experienced sellers guessed that was the problem and they were right.
