Once you select a minimum qty or total, it applies to your whole shop, and therefore there is no Step 5.
This doesn't work... I see no option to add specific listings

@WDRwoodworking: Does not work how? Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (which one on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?
You may want to start a new thread with details as the Etsy moderators tend to close older threads like this one.
The only way you CANNOT select individual items is if you SET a minimum of either quantity or amount. If you leave it set to NONE, which is the default, then you can select individual items on the next page. Setting a minimum automatically includes everything in your shop. This is the way it has worked for over 8 years.
