Shop on Vacation Mode No Response from Support

Etsy put my shop on Vacation Mode and i got no response since 8 days. I uploaded everything what they needed ( TAX documents ) and it said it would take 1-2 days. I am so frustrated, I need to get my shop back. I have a small business and put so much work and love on my store. My Christmas products cannot be selling i am so disappointed about the Etsy Support.

I am in exactly the same boat. I opened a support ticket with them and each day i add a message to say that i still need help but just like you you days and days have passed and no reply. It would appear that there really isn't much we can do. What they state should take up to 48hrs to do is taking them weeks. It really is shocking that it is taking them so long. The damage that this does to our shops and to ourselves is huge and they should understand that. I find it totally bizarre that they think this is an acceptable way to treat their sellers. It's awful.
