We can no longer filter our Etsy Ads and view 'yesterday'...'today'...etc since the new Etsy Ads roll out - I wonder if the folks that 'roll out' changes actually sell on Etsy ? We want to see our clicks 'yesterday'....'today'...last month etc...now, with the new changes, you can only see for the last 30 days which is NOT helpful to sellers. We really hope this is a fixable issue and not the new norm as Etsy Ads is already on thin ice with many shops.
I guess I am not in the new test because I can still drop down the box and get today and yesterday. The default is 30 days.
That's what I use the most so I am fine with it.
It's beyond frustrating that stats are messed up but so is Etsy.
I have the same problem.
Etsy ads does not bring me any sales but I was able to make sense of my listings based on the number of clicks and views. Since I am a very new shop I don't have much sales. I can not be sure yet if it is because of low traffic or my listing itself.
And I was able to make sense that I needed to make changes to a listing that did not turn into sales even when they received a lot of clicks thanks to the ads. But now they are just useless and waste of money for me. So I stopped running ads...
Similar problem here , another test or another glitch , as usually
Same problem here. I click go to manage listings and change the filter to “today” for example and it doesn’t change. I chatted with Etsy and they said they’d escalate it and get back with me. Lol. Okay. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one.
I am shutting off ads in both my shops until etsy fixes the mess
There have been no changes to this issue since last week - where is our technical team at ?
We received this from Etsy support:
"Based on the information you’ve shared with me, it sounds like you’re experiencing an issue that our engineering team is currently looking into. I’ve added all of the details from this ticket to their on-going investigation so they have more information to work with.
At this time, we do not have a timeline for when this issue will be resolved but please know that we prioritize issues based on the impact to our members."
So, perhaps if not enough sellers are reporting this issue, it may not be their priority...
