So I’m new to the Etsy platform as a seller and I’m already running into enough issues to make me look into my website faster then I originally intended. My issue is not matter how I type my store into the search bar it doesn’t come up. I’m having tons of ppl contact me across my social media accounts asking me how to purchase my merchandise. Ultimately I send them the link and it takes care of the problem but why isn’t my store even coming up in the search bar!
Your shop and listings are indexed.
When searching for a shop, you need to click the search box's drop down that says ''find shop names containing...''. If you just search without using the drop down and just clicked the search icon, you need to click the "did you mean the shop DRHerbalBlends?'' shown just above the results on that page.
Just clicking the search icon after inputting your name will bring up many results related to Herbal, Blends, and a host of other listings, some totally unrelated to herbal and blends. If you used your shop name in the title and tags, your listings will show up somewhere among those results or could be the only results. Search is different for everyone depending on the browser, device used, etc.
ETA - You also have the tea blend in the wrong category, making even harder to find. You currently have it under Spirituality & Religion > Natural Curios. It should be in Food & Drink > Tea & Coffee. Fyi, take out anything that makes medical claims, such as ''improves....'' and ''may also ease symptoms....''
This. Medical claims like this:
"is packed with antioxidants to reduce inflammation and boost immunity. Improves focus, energy, cognitive function, heart health, and overall vitality. May also ease symptoms associated with memory loss, diabetes"
... are not allowed by Etsy.

I have this same problem and was just going to ask the same question. I am glad I am not the only one!
You have a different problem.
Your items are NOT INDEXED.
You need to contact Etsy and tell them that your items are not indexed.
Also, you need to remove the Harry Potter items (even if you did make them - it looks like you are reselling factory made items). Do this BEFORE you contact Etsy, because you don't want them seeing the prohibited items.

@PlatypusDream Strange. I searched ''rings'' in that shop earlier and it returned 60+ results. Tried again just now and got the same results. ?? I do agree with your other findings though.
@FnFnCrafts I would remove all the infringing listings such as Harry Potter, Narnia etc so your shop does not get suspended for good. Infringing can get you sued in court by every IP owner you infringe on. It does not matter if you made them yourself, you do not own the IP's, and cannot use someone else's IP to make sales unless you have the licensing from the IP owners.
