Hi there. I am creating a custom listing for a customer who wishes to purchase a custom loaf of soap (wholesale) and wants me to create the labels for him, using his logo. I have told him that I am willing to do this for an extra charge and that he will need to send me a picture of his logo in a PDF. Can this be done through Etsy message, or will I need to give him my personal email, which I really don't want to do.
This is my first time selling wholesale (white label) and I don't want to mess it up, so any assistance would be very much appreciated.

PDFs are attached to convos like an image. So all they need to do is click the upload image icon and then select their doc and send it to you.

If you don't want to give your personal email then create a business one RamblinRose and give him that.
PS. Every buyer gets your registered email address in the order confirmation in any event, as will this guy when he purchases.

Thank you, so much!
Devil’s advocate— pdf might not be the best choice. Jpg or png might be better to work with.
Thank you. Yes. That would be better. I am 66 years old and not as tech savvy and those younger than me. I try, and I know that I am better at it than some of my peers. That's why I am glad I have you fine folks to ask for help when I need it.
I was going to say the same as above me. PNG would be a better quality print if he could send you that.
Hi, I tried to send an image to my etsy store as a test, but I got an error that says the app does not support images here.
