Hi, on my cancelled orders, it still shows that they are expected to ship. This is affecting my shipping ratings.
Thank you, Andrea

If you clicked cancel & refund then the shipping date should vanish. Did the order cancel properly?
If you've only used the Refund button, you also need to cancel. When you do a refund in future, click on Cancel and it will cancel and refund in one click.
@AndreasFineArt I cancelled an order last week when the Buyer changed their mind right away. Cancelling immediately moved the item to my Completed orders, with a red "Canceled" over the shipping box.
If you are seeing an order that still is in your Open orders that you refunded, click the three dots and select "Cancel" - follow through with prompts.
Next time, if you select the Cancel option first, it also refunds in full.
I have done all of the above, but the order still shows up in my shop and is probably dragging down the algorithm. No matter what I do and how many times, it is still there - shows up as cancelled but also shows up as "to be shipped." Any advice is appreciated!
@VintagestarParis are you doing this on a computer? Is the Buyer in Colorado? Since this thread is from January, there is now a fee that Buyers in Colorado pay, and Etsy hasn't figured out a way to refund it when we cancel. Right now, if it is a Colo. Order, you'd need to contact support to clear it from your orders!
