Callback feature

Is anyone else able to request a call back? It keeps giving me an error message every time I try.

  I clicked on your link and was able to get a call back.  He told me it is not fixed yet, but I should get an email when it is fixed.  They should refund the difference in the shipping amount charged and what my actual shipping cost was.

@EndlessGlowSkincare  They're programming robots how to speak on the phone like humans.  The one robot was saying Hell No rather than Hello.  Only kidding.

@EndlessGlowSkincare  I think it depends on what you click. Some don't have the call back option. That might be why you're getting an error message.

I think I’ve clicked almost every option and still that error message and it used to work for me. Are you by chance receiving an error message as well?

Etsy has pulled the curtains and are pretending that they are not home.

@EndlessGlowSkincare  I didn't click on Call Back so I don't know if I would get an error message.  Is there anything sellers can help you with?

I think they have shut it off because of the major glitch with low shipping being charged to customers.  Chat doesn't work either.
