I asked chat support about the listing issue that many sellers, including myself, are
having. Etsy is aware. I was told to tell you to go to chat support
and let them know what listing issues you are having.

Out of curiosity are sellers still getting any sales today?
I have a Christmas in July sale going on - not selling much but 2 sales yesterday ..... I hope they fix any glitches soon!
I'm not sure which problem is worse, this... or the star seller badge. lol
It would be nice if sellers would check the forums before starting another new thread about the issue. (not referring to the OP, because she's providing information) The forums are flooded with threads about it.
Agreed, this has been all day long, have any sellers here gotten any sales today?
I've had multiple sales today, though they came from the same customer at different times.
It would be even nicer if Etsy fixed the problem, then nobody else would *have* to start a new thread.

@LittleGemsJewells - I've just been on a foum of online sellers I belong to and there's talk about Etsy's issues with listing management. Many forum members have said they are getting sales as usual this weekend so it doesn't appear to be affecting buyers' ability to add to cart & purchase.
(Of course they may buy something that should have been deactivated - if that were possible.)
Thank you for this info. I've tried several times since this morning to renew several items but it won't work. Also the Etsy Support link under the Help section is gone so there isn't a way for me to contact them about the problem. I hope Etsy hasn't been hacked.
@BlueSkyLane Did you try to "Edit" to renew, rather than renew? You'll still be charged $.20 but it worked for me.

I just finished chatting with support and they stated they will email when it is fixed and that IT is definitely working on it
As I said to chat support - if we knew it would be fixed tomorrow I wouldn't waste a load of time messing about editing individual listings. Some sort of acknowledgement there's even an issue might be useful too.

I have spent an hour renewing each expired item for 7th July, I did some editing and it works. Tomorrow I will do some for the 9th. Etsy says they are onto the problem. They just need to make an announcement to sellers, it would be so much better for us and more professional customer service from them.
@WitticismsRus I'm very aware of who they are and the copy/paste "script". I can tell you they have always forwarded the issue to a tech and the problem was always solved. For me, that's all that matters. I have to give chat support credit where it's due.
I agree Sugar, they have done the same with me.
It's interesting that there is no Announcement here in Etsy, yet the problems are obviously site-wide.
And when talking to Chat (as Sandi posted on Pg. 1), completely unaware and not helpful.
Yet our Options for receiving help are Email, Chat and Phone. So tell us now which to bypass so we don't waste our time.
@ChillwolfArt yes, agreed. I was told that I would receive an email when my listing problem(s) are fixed. It's a drag.
