Technical bug

We are located in Israel , shop currency is in US dollars .

Lately the shop location changes over to England with  U.K pounds as the currency .

Checked my listings and account settings , currency and location  are good , but this bug is driving me around the bend .

Lost a customer who thought we where based in the U.K.

Please help .

You have no shop location but your items say dispatches from Israel, so it's pretty clear where you are.

I see your shop in UK £ because that's how I have my viewing currency set.

Sounds like you need to change it at the bottom of any etsy page.

Check your buyer settings (separate to shop settings). Go to any normal Etsy search page and they are right down at the bottom on the left.

the buyer settings change all the time

Your shop isn't in UK/£.

there's nothing to fix.

I’m in U.S. and I see your listings in USD. There’s no location on your shop home page but your listings say ships from Israel.

Occasionally when I’m on my phone and I open a listing through a link (for example, from social media), it’ll open with UK currency. This usually happens when I’m not logged on. I just log in or switch to USD at the bottom of the page.
