I used the Chat through my shop the other day for the first time. What struck me was there was an old chat session visible from another shop owner. I couldn't worry about that oddity at the time because I was anxious to resolve a shipping issue.
Can anyone explain this? Another weird thing, I have no visitors to my shop since using the chat bot?
