CAPTCHA is out of control need help link please

The CAPTCHA is out of control. This has been going on for over a month. Today 250 clicks later I get in. I cannot get the link to etsy support. They said they sent me a link and not in my spam nor are they blocked. This is horrible. Carpal tunnel aside here - if I cannot access my shop what is the point? Does anyone have a viable link to get help?

last time it sent me chasing a couple dozen bikes, cars, fire hydrants etc one after the other, I closed the tab, opened up a new one and I only had one grid to click on and I was ok

Yes! I have found that this works as well.

I have done this repeatedly to no avail. I think my ISP has a heavy layer of protection and it is getting harder to log on.

I have better luck going in from the sign in on the forums page for some reason.

Just use a different browser.  It happened to me once on Shopify and I couldn't get in, I changed browsers and it never happened again. 

An alternative if you don't want to use a different browser is to clear your cache which might help.

Thank you- I have used four browsers and it happens on all of them. I clear my cache daily. The only thing I can think of is my ISP scrambles what I type in and that might be an issue- too heavy a layer of protection or esty is causing this with them but thanks any way.

I had that issue at one time and Etsy informed me that it was a "Google" thing.  I was using Chrome at that time.  I changed to another browser (Microsoft Edge) and deleted Chrome.  Captcha has grainy photos and makes your blood pressure soar.    I always use a desktop (Windows 11).
