CAN NOT PRINT SCAN FORM CLICK THE BUTTON AND IT DOES NOTHING

Can not print the usps scan form... when you click the button to print the scan form,it does nothing... please help!!

I have tried using 2 different browsers and the create usps scan form button does not work

USPS was having problems on Friday and people were unable to print scan forms.  Maybe they are having problems again today.

try contacting live chat.

they will let you know if there is an issue.

and if tech support is working on it.

Yeah, not working here either

However, if I go into completed orders and select the newest labels it tells me there was a problem with one or more of my labels. If I then deselect any international labels in that batch I can create a scan form for the US-based labels, so that's a decent workaround at least.

Yep, same here for me today! I was able to print the scan form for my US orders, but not my international orders.

We are having the same issue.  We tried your work around and found it was the Global packages on ours that were making it not print.

We weren't able to create  a scan form on Friday and thought for sure the problem would've been fixed by today. (Monday). Still unable to create a scan form. Contacted Etsy via chat and they weren't able to help. They said they will have to look into this. It's not a browser issue. Tried mulitple browsers & even mobile site. This is beyond frustrating! Hope Etsy fixes this ASAP!

Having the same problem! Every time I go to create USPS scan form, it will not allow me to create it! Has anybody found a solution?

The current solution seems to be to not include your international orders when trying to create the scan sheet, and then having them scanned manually at pickup or dropoff. I don't have much faith that Etsy will actually fix this problem any time soon.
