A Star Seller doesn't count sales

Hello, I made minimum sales in my store for thesina seller badge, but I was not counted by the system two sales... and the total amount of sales for more than 400$. Why did this happen, can you please fix this. I attach the screens with sales…

You need to be on etsy for 90 days from the date of your first before you become eligible for Star Seller.

The orders metric under Star Seller Stats will remain "pending" till that happens.

Then Star Seller is only awarded on the 1st of the month.

Only sales in the last 3 months count towards Star Seller, so the January one has dropped off the count

For the May Star, (awarded May 1st) you needed to meet the minimum sales / value in the period February, March, April

For the upcoming June Star ( to be awarded June 1st) you will need to meet the minimum number of sales / value of sales during the period March April May

If one sale was in January and you have 5 sales in total, then you didn't have 5 sales between February - April. Hopefully you will get star seller next month (June 1st).
