CALLBACK does not work

In the page "Request a call from Etsy Support" when I try to add my Italian telephone number after the prefix, it only accepts 7 digits (my number is 10 digits)

I URGENTLY need  HELP for my shop in forced Vacation Mode. No answers from emails.

I've been a long-time seller since 2011 and 20,000 members of my Facebook group are waiting for me to reopen until they're too tired!!

Maybe Etsy is tired of their (expensive) bills and I don't deserve their answers.

Do you have any red banners saying you ned to update financial information, or tax ID?

or any other hint of why?

No response from emails.

I'm afraid I hit the "Save" button three or four times during the update and the system blocked me (why do they only offer two options to edit?????)

I'm going crazy because I can't talk to anyone.

I used it successfully yesterday with a nine digit French number

They do grey out the call back button during certain hours so that it won’t work. Make sure the button is black and omit the first 0 of your number

It still doesn't work and I don't know how to contact Etsy, I've tried everything.

My family is supported by my sole income.
