Etsy chat doesn't answer

Hi, I've tried to reach out to Etsy in order to solve a problem, but the chat doesn't answer. I get an answer from a bot, it says: "Let me connect you with a customer support agent. Please share more about what they can help with", but no one answers after that. What can I do? I can't find an email where I can report this issue. I'm very lost and I need to solve an issue with my VAT number, otherwise I will have to close my shop. What can I do to contact Etsy?

There may not be any humans available as I believe the chat/live help is still based on daytime hours in NYC
