Buyers unable to checkout

My buyers are unable to checkout their carts, and keep getting redirected whenever they try to pay, all of our Paypals are working fine.I am just hoping some one can help me. When they try to complete the payment they get redirected to the cart and it just keeps circling. They have messaged me to let me know.
PS- The buyers are not from India.

I went to checkout and was able to use Paypal. Could be a problem with the buyers' cards.

If the buyers who messaged you are also in India, it could be because you didn't enroll in India Payments.  Follow the directions here:

Yes. But you are and that is where the money goes. To you. In India. So you have to have India acceptable payments.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. I live in the US and only ship to the US so I could (probably) be wrong.

@TastefulArtisan Hi, Yes I am but I accept payments through Paypal, I have received payments from sales before so I know that is not an issue, it seems more like a site bug- and also-I have enrolled in India payments as well
