I've had to send some messages to spam this week. When doing so, the individual on the other end is still able to message me and the messages go to my Convos and not my spam folder. I have had to send the same profiles to spam repeatedly. Has anyone else had this happen? Why is this happening?
Sending messages to spam just gets rid of that particular message and thereby, if you care, preserves your SS rating. If you want to block someone's messages, you need to report the messages to Etsy.
