Buyers can’t see my items

On mobile, my repeat buyers can’t see my active items in my shop. They see the shop sections full but when they click on the sections, it shows no items found.

I’m having the same issue.  I reported it to Etsy on Monday but so far nothing has been done.  I’m not sure how our items can sell when they can’t be seen.  This may explain why my sales have been so slow.

I searched your shop name and nothing came up. Then I searched your pigeon figurines and they appeared in search. From there, I clicked on your shop name and only 20 items show up. On iphone.

Thanks for checking BrokenGhostClothing.  I have never been able to find my shop on the search bar until the last letter was typed.  It just doesn't populate like other shops.  This leads me to believe it isn't indexed properly.  I think this is an iphone problem.  Again, thanks for checking on it!!!

I have noticed that buys cannot see my items when you are on the ipad of phone. it's working on the computer

On a Samsung Galaxy phone I can see all your items. Clicking on shop sections does show the correct number of products for that section as well.

I have an iPhone as well as my friend who checked my shop.  Maybe that’s the problem.

Yes it could be. There have been other sites that have showed up well with the Galaxy but not my old Pixel phone.

I searched your shop name and nothing came up. Then I searched your campers wreath and it appeared in search. From there, I clicked on your shop name and only 41 items show up. On iphone.

@SouthernCharmWreaths  Julie, I searched on Apple iPhone using Google, not the Etsy app, and I can see all of your  136 items. I clicked on a few and can see all of them.  It's odd that only your repeat buyers can't see them.

The repeat buyers use the app, not google. That's the problem. I've been telling them to go to Safari and not use the app. Thanks for checking.

Maybe you can ask your customers to contact Etsy, and you can too? The more people that share this with Etsy the quicker it will be solved. Thanks for sharing this!

I cannot see most of my items in two shops. I have one shop with 600 items and on the feed I see a whole 16! But the categories show everything!
