etsy seller app totally not working

I know!  I was able to add pictures to my posts via my iPhone, and suddenly I can't!  I'm trying to get my shop started, and this is completely delaying me.  I've heard other people complain about it.  I also contacted Etsy.  When things like this happen, does Etsy even know about it?  If so, do they fix it and how long does it take?  My Etsy sellers app is pretty much useless unless I have this feature.

Lots of us do not even bother with the seller app.. just open a browser window on your device and do things that way.. A lot easier than the app anyways IMO. I am also on Apple devices and honestly a lot easier to just go thru my bowser than the app.

Hi, Sorry you're having trouble with the App. I've never used it (I use a desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10). I've seen so many Forum posts about the glitchiness of the App, and yet Etsy continues to push it. You would think if it was going to be pushed so much, it would at least be functional.

Yeah, I use my computer to create 90% of the post, but then switch over to the app to upload the pictures from my phone.  It's so much easier than anything else.  I do the same thing with MarketPlace on Facebook.  Since you can't even talk to a human at Etsy, I wonder if they even know there is the problem.  I made a comment on another thread a couple of days ago about it.  I checked my comment yesterday, and nobody replied.  I'll go back to those threads today and see if anyone from Etsy has responded.

Can’t get Etsy to respond. This is so frustrating. I have orders coming in and I I can’t get into my Etsy shop. Refuses to accept my password.

So glitchy! I can't even get it to load my listings. It just says "There was a problem loading listings. If this keeps happening, contact Etsy Support". I rarely use the app but I wanted to add a video from my phone. Whatever. I'll go back to my desktop.

Customers cannot view my products using the Etsy app. They can view items using a desktop/laptop, but the Etsy app will not let anyone view items. I have been trying to get it resolved for two weeks now with no luck.

Wow, that is crazy I don't know what is going on with the app but there are a lot of issues and I think it is affecting sales site wide.  Hope it gets fixed soon for you and others affected by it.

@JordanKYcrafted  I've not used the App (I use a desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10). But everyone says the App is glitchy. I don't know why the glitches were not fixed at this date (or most of them anyway), especially since Etsy pushes the App. But if Customers cannot use the App with ease (or are unable to view listings), they may very well give up and go elsewhere, rather than use another device.
