Buyers can't purchase through app

Hello, 
I wonder if anyone can help me.

I'm not sure what the issue is but for about a week now, buyers have been unable to purchase items from my shop through the app. They can add items to their basket (choosing variations) and once they try to checkout, it is asking them to choose the variations (which they've already done), they go round and round in circles and can't move past this. Etsy haven't been very helpful up to now so I'm really hoping someone can point me in the right direction to fix this.

If a customer messages saying they can't order, I have been asking them to go through the browser, which works fine. But so many people won't message they'll just give up and order elsewhere, I'm at a loss and don't know what to do next.

Is it just one specific listing?  If so, I would redo it to see if you can remove the glitch.

I had this very issue this morning where a buyer messaged me and said she was getting an error message and couldn’t purchase a digital crochet blanket pattern. Usually people have no problem so I was really sure what to say. She didn’t specify if she was using the app but she probably was so I suggested she use a web browser and maybe a different device. It seems that she didn’t purchase and didn’t reply to my answer so I feel as if I lost a sale which is a pity!

I thought I would jump in and share an experience I had with a customer two days ago.  She messaged me saying she wanted to make a purchase but every time she added to her cart and moved to start check out she got an uh oh error message and it said something was wrong with the URL on the link.  This was alarming to say the least since maybe multiple customers were having this issue but not messaging.

Long story short I worked with her with every option I could think of.  Reboot her phone, try her computer or laptop, switch over to data rather than wifi.  She even went to her daughters house and used her phone and her daughter's lap top and still the same Uh Oh message .  Yikes, this seemed so odd especially since she said she had just purchased from a different shop earlier in the day with no problem.  My last thought was maybe it was her Etsy account and to try logging out of her account and try purchasing as a guest.  Finally it worked!  

I don't know if checking outside of her Etsy account as a guest helped or it was just timing.  If anyone else has this issue coming up try asking they do this and see if that helps!
