Buyers Can't Checkout

Could somebody do a "test" for me please? I have had buyer's today tell me they cannot get their orders to go thru but none have told me what kind of message they get when trying to check out. Could someone give it a test and see what/if there is a problem? 

I might add, these are not typical scam type messages--these are long time repeat buyers.

OP, I just tried to buy a dog vest and I could have paid for it with no problem. The only problem is on my end: I have a cat, and no dog.  Purple puppy, the scammers are out in full flocks or packs on these marketplaces. Are you sure it wasn't a scammer?

Since this one buyer has ordered from me for about 10 years now and something like 14 orders I am pretty sure she is not a scammer!

Thanks for trying. She did not say what the message was she got. Hopefully it was a temporary glitch.

I get a odd message when trying to checkout after selecting a size and custom message. "Oh dear. There seems to be an error with one of your listings." thats as far as I get for this listing https://www.etsy.com/listing/1243815497/female-dog-diaper-puppy-pet-wrap-girl

@ThePurplePuppy Not sure but I am a seller and the message seems to reference a problem with  "my" listing. If your buyer is a seller as well perhaps there is a issue with sellers making purchases with complex listings that have multiple options.

No, she is not a seller--buyer only.

Plus, her order just finally came thru. No idea what the problem is/was. However, she ordered a different one. IT must be that listing but no idea what the problem could be--I sell a lot of that one and no one has ever reported a problem buying it before now.

@ThePurplePuppy - just a long-shot but yesterday I noticed several of my "active" listings that had expiration dates at least a couple days prior, but didn't actually show up in my Expired list until today! That could make a purchase confusing to a bot?? Or more likely some oddball glitch!
