My seller dashboard is not registering ANY orders shipped during the current review period, despite having shipped MANY orders -- all on time or early. I reached out via the live chat, and the customer service rep said they could see the same, but didn't offer any help other than to suggest I clear my cache. (Clearly, if THEY are seeing the same as I am, it's not a cache issue.) And then last night, my message response rate went wonky, only showing three totally messages in the past three months, when I have at least 3 dozen. THAT glitch seems to have resolved, but my on time shipping is still blank. Wondering if this is a known bug affecting others, or if something is wrong with my account somehow??
