Buyer can't complete monthly payment option because of buyers shipping settings.

I have a buyer who would like to buy multiple items totaling approximately $500.00. They would like to use the pay monthly opption. When they try to complete the purchase they are getting an error message saying, they can't complete the purchase because of a shipping setting by the dealer. I have spent the last hour and a half trying to figure out what the message is referring to. Does anyone have any idea what the issue can be? Or, how can I speak to an etsy support person? I would appreciate any help. I'm so frustrated.

Yes. This is the first time I have had a customer use Klarna. I read everything Etsy has to say about Klarna. But nothing about an error message. The situation has been resolved. Boy, was that frustrating.

Are they in a country you don’t ship to?

Nope. USA.

Usually, the message appears when the items do not have a mail class in common and etsy's calculated shipping can't combine it.
