The red banner appeared on my account last October (2024) saying "Verify your business information to sell on Etsy". I have uploaded the LLC formation document. One month later they email me and ask SOS File Number which was on the document. I emailed them back within a few hours. My SOS File Number is correct, but they disapproved. I uploaded more documents on last December (2024). Now it is still saying "Business verification document Pending Verification". How long does it take for Esty to verify documents? My store has been on forced vacation mode for almost five months!! I cannot communicate with any person from Esty. I don't know how to get out of this.
