Hello, our shop has been put on vacation mode due to our legal information being off. We made the changes we think were the problem. Later saw an older email that explained we needed to upload government issued documents to Etsy. We scanned the document but have no idea where we're meant to upload it now? The page the email sends us to is just the legal and tax information tab, and we see no place for upload other than the German Vat section? 

It is a niche question but if anyone can help illuminate what to do, would be grateful!

What is "Business verification document " ? business license? corporate documents?

Etsy suspended my account don't know why

I'm in a very similar situation. I've reached out for help on how to resolve the issue, but so far no real answer.

I finally gave up sending document after document and told them that I was a sole proprietorship even though I'm a corporation
