Hello, I have had this error in my store for over a month now. Support ignores me, no one responds, and my requests are simply closed without a response.
I do not understand the reason for this. I didn't send out newsletters, ask for feedback, or send links. I followed all the rules.
Tell me how to remove this block, what should I do?
Only etsy can unblock messages.
All I can advise is to open 1 ticket, and keep replying to the same one, each day, that it is still not fixed

they normally have some response, even if it is an auto reply, if it is, then the link to the handbook article is their reply
Did you send messages to people who'd favourited your items or shop...? If so, that would be the reason - it is spam and strictly forbidden (and also illegal in most countries).
I've been working on the site for several years now and I know that you shouldn't do this, so I never sent the first message myself.
So I do not understand the reason for this block
