Bulk not working

Is anyone else having issues with bulk editing period I sell art prints and whenever I try to increase or decrease my prices by a certain percent they're always off by 3 or $4 was told to use a different  browser but that doesn't  work. Really  tired of having to manually change the price

I have changed prices using the bulk tool.  No issues.  Are you selecting the correct line?  Do you want to add a new price or do you want to change by percentage or by how much?  Maybe your choice is not being kept which could be your computer and not Etsy.
