Has anybody else noticed their bulk edits to Listing Descriptions are not saving? I made a bulk listing edit to my Description section (removing the last paragraph about US Tariffs and replacing it with new paragraph). Got the Etsy pop up that said saved successfully. But have gone into individual listings and it’s still there. I’ve refreshed page, checked from different device and it’s been a day since edit and still not showing. I also tried bulk deleting the paragraph, without replacing it, and same thing happened…said saved to all listing but paragraph still there. I started to go into each individual listing and delete the unwanted paragraph and then realized too much time. Put through an Etsy support ticket but not due to hear back for a couple of days. Anyhow, as I’ve suspended sales to the US I really need this fixed!?! Anyone else??
I have had this problem for years. You may be trying to edit too much. Whenever I had to remove and replace more than a short sentence I had to do it in segments. It is like there is an unknown character limit.
Let's say I had a paragraph of 4 sentences. Remove the first 2 sentences and replace them with 1 and 2. Then remove sentences 3 and 4 then replace with the new 3 and 4. Depending on the amount of text you may have to break it down into more sections.
And yes, it always shows as successful, even though it is not.
from my experience it says it saves but you won't see it until you reload your page... it takes a few moments to update your page..
@RHLJewelry thank you for responding! I did try reloading and redoing edit a few times and nothing. Hopefully Etsy Support gets back soon! Editing 200 + listings individually is not something I want to do!

I just checked one of your listings. Yes, that paragraph is way too big to do in one remove and replace.
Thank you so much…that worked. Was able to delete it in bulk a few lines at a time.
Yep!
