Hello Etsy community,
I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has faced a similar situation and found a solution.
I recently opened a shop on Etsy. Payoneer successfully approved and connected my account, but I received a notification stating: “We can’t finish enrolling you in Etsy Payments since Payoneer couldn’t verify your info. We’ve put your shop on pause via Vacation Mode, so you can’t receive new orders or appear in search results.”
I already contacted Payoneer, and their team investigated and resolved everything on their side — they assure me that there’s no issue with my account. However, Etsy is still not allowing me to enable payments. Etsy also suggested: “To sell on Etsy, reach out to Payoneer’s Customer Care team to try enrolling again or check your email for more info.” — but when I contact Payoneer, their team says everything is fine on their side and I should reach out directly to Etsy. So I’m kind of stuck in a circle.
Did anyone else have a similar experience? How did you solve it? I’d appreciate your tips or guidance. I really want to get my shop up and running.
