Bug with message reply report

Hi there, I have a problem, I haven't received my top seller badge for November because of lower message reply % but last 4 replies weren't count in. I can't contact Etsy support nether (page didn't found). Is there any way to repair this ? Thanks

Hello @MagneticGiftShop,

 

Please note that Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period. For more information about this, you can check out this Help Article.

There is a bit of a delay, so if it's too late for October stats, it's rolled over to November, just like the end of July's would have been rolled over to August

If you get a message on the last day of the month, you get 24 hours to respond which makes it ineligible until the next month and then add in the 24 to 48 hours Etsy says it takes to update and you can't count on any messages that you get on the last 2 or 3 days of a month to save your message response rate.

@MagneticGiftShop: There are two possible "answers" for you. First, were all of the messages the FIRST message of a NEW thread? Secondly, as best as we can determine from our history and CSV files messages are assigned to the month that the 24 hour reply by window closes and orders are assigned to the month that the ship by date is. And remember that end of month is based on UTC not your time zone.

 

There may be nothing to "repair" but even if there is unfortunately, Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data.

they have technical issue with report and they not going to solve it! It is constant bug in message report! always.
