I think there is a bug with the Digital Made To Order listings. I have had a few recent new orders go straight to Completed when they are meant to be completed only with a custom upload. These same listings have previously functioned just as intended. Is anyone else having this issue?
Try editing it, using the old listing format if possible. change the date, or the type (digital to physical), publish and edit again back to the correct choice.
